Our Policy at a Glance

Due to the intimate nature of our luxury swimwear and strict hygiene standards, Seaside Collection does not offer monetary refunds.

We happily accept returns for Exchange or Store Credit only.

Key Requirements

  1. Time Limit: Requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original tags and hygiene liner fully attached and intact.

  3. Final Sale: Items purchased on final sale are not eligible for any return or exchange.

How to Exchange

  1. Email seasideluxurycollection@gmail.com with your order number to request authorization.

  2. Once authorized, you are responsible for shipping the item back to our Florida facility.

  3. Upon successful inspection, we will issue a Store Credit for the value of the product(s), allowing you to repurchase your desired size or item.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
